Items Needed

16 oz PYREX glass measuring cup or teapot
2 oz of strong grain Vodka (80-100%)
Spray bottle
Small funnel

To Prepare

Place 1 Pepperie tea bag into the Pyrex or teapot. Pour 2 oz of vodka over the bag, fully covering the herbs.
Boil 14 oz of water and pour it over the tea bag/vodka mix. Let steep for at least 3 hours (overnight for a stronger solution).
Squeeze the tea bag to extract every drop. Once cooled, pour the solution into the spray bottle using the funnel.

To Use

Spray the solution directly onto a clean, wet scalp. Massage gently and leave it in—there is no need to rinse. Style as usual!

Note

Since a 14 oz bottle is a one-month supply, if you choose to brew the solution without vodka, it should be refrigerated to prevent spoilage. Without vodka, there are no preservatives, and the solution can develop mold if not kept cold. We also recommend reheating the solution weekly by microwaving it for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool before returning it to your spray bottle, and always store it in the refrigerator.
